You must read and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include the Terms and Conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a Time2™ member. This agreement shall come into effect on the date of acceptance by the user and shall continue in full force and effect indefinitely.
- Membership Eligibility -
Our services are available only to and may be used only by individuals who can sign legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or temporarily or indefinitely suspended Time2™ members. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services . Furthermore, your Time2™ account (including feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you register as a business entity, you represent it and act as having the authority to bind it to this Agreement.
- Personal data submited when visiting Time2 -
We may collect, process and/or transfer the specific information you voluntarily provide us in the contact form you choose to fill in on our website, including the personal data you provide. By submitting any personal data on the Time2™site, you authorize Time2™ to use, process and transfer (across borders if needs be) such data, even in and to countries where the level of data protection may not be commensurate with the high standard of protection adopted by some countries, such as the standard suggested by the EU Data Protection Directive. In those countries, Time2™ will still handle your personal data like described in this Privacy Policy. Time2™ will not sell personal data to a third party.
- Sensitive personal information -
Generally speaking Time2™ will not collect, process or transfer sensitive personal data through its site, unless you expressly consent to such collection, processing or transfer. “Sensitive personal data” for the purposes of this Time2™ Privacy Policy shall mean data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs and data regarding health or sex life. By providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you explicitly consent to such data being collected, processed and transferred by Time2™ or its affiliates.
- Non disclosure and intellectual property rights -

It is expressly agreed that the intellectual property rights of the use of Time2™ (website, material, tool, documents, texts, analyses etc.), will be and will remain the exclusive property of Time2™ and its legal representatives.
Time2™ shall have the right to reproduce any data (including the right to translate, adapt, distribute, rent or lend them), the right to communicate these to the public, partially or completely, in each and any way, for internal use – including but not limited to research and development – and external use, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, in an original or in an adapted version, and the secondary rights of use without any restriction. The transfer of all rights, as specified in these Terms and Conditions, is valid for all countries, in the most extensive way possible as permitted by law for the legal period of validity of these rights. Nothing in this agreement will prevent or restrict Time2™ or its affiliates from developing and using any ideas, concepts or information or know-how contained or loaded onto the Site.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Time2™ does not give any warranty or any other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason. Neither does Time2™ give any warranty or other any assurance as to the content of the material appearing on the Site, its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the full extent permissible by law, Time2™ and Time2.mobi disclaim all responsibility for any damage or loss (including, without limitation, financial loss, damage for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site or any material appearing on Time2.mobi, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using Time2.mobi or any such material. Time2.mobi contains links to external sites. Time2™ and Time2.mobi are not responsible for and have no control over the content of such sites. Information about or available via hypertext link from Time2.mobi is made available without responsibility on the part of Time2™ or its affiliates. Time2™ and its legal representatives also disclaim all responsibility and liability (including for negligence) regarding information about or accessible from Time2™.
