In order to use the Time2™ services, you must register as a member. We also encourage you to give us additional information, either at registration or later on under the "My Profile" title, in order to provide you with a better and more effective netbusinessing service. Optional information may include specifics such as your age group, position, Company name, industry, and address. It will be used to match your meeting requests better and make sure you meet members with similar interest. Hence, we encourage you to be forthright with the information.

1.3. Cookies and Log files
Time2™, like most other web sites, makes use of data collection devices such as "cookies" and web log files to track Site use and facilitate member's navigation. Cookies enables Time2™ to recognise you as a member when you return to our Site using the same computer and browser. You must allow use of cookies to use the Time2™ services. 2.1. Sharing with Outsiders
Time2™ will not share your personally identifiable information with outsiders for any marketing purpose. We could be asked to share your information only with our Online Payment partners for the purpose of paying for your meeting fees, should you have chosen that option, for example. Those partners are linked to Time2™ by strict confidentiality contracts and they will not retain, share, or store any personally identifiable information except to provide those services.

2.2. Sharing with other members
The main purpose of Time2™ is to arrange meetings between its members. Therefore a certain amount of information, such as name, email address and mobile number will be exchanged between members who have agreed to a meeting. Other optional information, such as Industry and position will be disclosed only if you have elected to such disclosure.

2.3. Sharing for legal purposes
We may disclose your personally identifiable information if required by law or a judicial institution.

3. Access and modification of your information

All the personally identifiable information we store about you is accessible through the "My Profile" functionality. You can use the function to correct, modify and update your information. You can also use it to close your account. If you close your account, all personally identifiable information about you will be removed from our database.
